@Fer Martin: I believe the bundle just moved. Try https://github.com/textmate/ruby-haml.tmbundle .

And you can find a boatload of other Textmate bundles at https://github.com/textmate/

It's already 2 plus years from this, but I still don't seem to be able to find a bundle that can accomplish this. The one from the last comment is a 404 now :( Have you find any solution?

cheers!

Comment on iTunes Rating System for Album People by Jillian

I've recently started rating my music and I was Googling around for the different ways people employ the system in iTunes. It's nice to see my way of doing things is just about the mirror of yours! I'll keep doing what I'm doing. :-)

However I was reading that when you just click the stars, iTunes doesn't embed that in the song file... so if for some reason iTunes becomes corrupted - you just lost all your ratings. So I also take the extra step of putting the number of stars I've assigned to a song in the 'comments' section. It's my understanding this DOES embed in the song file and if anything ever happens to my iTunes, I can just create playlists based on the comments section.

Anyways... Thanks!

@jdbartlett but editing the path in TextMate's prefs has no effect. The Git bundle still looks for git in /opt/local/bin.

"sh: line 1: /opt/local/bin/git: No such file or directory"

Great article Chris, thanks very much!

I've been trying for the past two days to get aliases to work in my Terminal having recently started to try to use the Terminal a lot more (I'm a noob).

John Vilsack, thank you so much for the 'source ~/.bash_profile' tip. I had just about exhausted everything I could find about why my aliases were not working and this did the trick!

Instead of restarting terminal, you can type:

source ~/.bash_profile

This reloads your bash profile and adds your new aliases to your session!
